I would really like to find a natural shampoo that doesn't contain the detergent Lauryl Sulfate. Shampoo bars don't work well in my hair, so that's not an option. Also they shampoo needs to be fragrance free or only essential oils.

I have several tattoos and have used essential oils for as long as I can remember. The only fading/loss of colour has been with colours such as yellow and orange, which is either due to inferior quality ink or a poor reaction to my own body chemistry. All the other colours remain vivid.I know of nobody else who has had problems due to using essential oils and I have many tattooed friends who do so. Go for it!

Does anyone know whether essential oils affect the colour of tattoos? I don't think they do but have been asked by a friend who wants a massage but doesn't want his tattoo to fade!
