			<description>&#60;p&#62;It is commonly said that there is not enough research completed to prove that aromatherapy is clinically effective.  However there is more out there than many of us realise.  If you know of any research that can be accessed can you write and very brief explanation - one sentence could be enough - of the work and post up the link to it.  We could build a good resource centre this way.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;To make Christmas present bath salts try 125gr sea salt or Dead Sea Salts with 24 drops of lavender or other essential oils for 4 baths. Mix them together and pack the salt into a pretty jar - Name it and label it. Easy and lovely
